Cancellation Policy.
We understand that schedules can change, and we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to adjust or cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another client. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged a 50% fee. No-shows on the day of service will also be charged a 50% fee. Pre-paid treatments are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date.
Late Arrival Policy
If you’re running late, please contact us right away. To respect all clients’ time, we allow a 10-minute grace period. Arrivals 15 minutes past the scheduled time will incur a $25 late fee. Arrivals 30 minutes late may result in cancellation and the late fee will still apply.
